About Your Host Brigitte
I’m Brigitte Theriault — a relationship coach and somatic practitioner who helps women heal after betrayal.
Seven years ago, I was in the fog too. After infidelity, I didn’t recognize myself. I couldn’t sleep, think straight, and didn’t know how to trust my own instincts—let alone anyone else.
What I needed wasn’t advice. I needed someone who understood how betrayal lives in the body. I needed a space where I didn’t have to pretend I was okay.
That’s what I now offer to the women I work with.
My work blends trauma-informed coaching, somatic healing, and real relational skills.
I help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your sense of self, and move at a pace that honors the depth of what you’ve been through.
This process is not about rushing to forgive or pretending it didn’t hurt.
It’s about slowly, steadily rebuilding self-trust—and discovering that you’re not broken. And reconnecting to the deep wisdom that lives inside of you.
